Genesis

The stone laying ceremony of PM SHRI KV Bengdubi was held on May 29th 1978. The Vidyalaya was established on March 27th 1980. It is built over a sprawling 15 acres of land and boasts of an Open Gym , Playground , spacious classrooms, science laboratories and many other amenities.

The Vidyalaya started off with three sections in each class since its inception and it was only in 2023 that the process of limiting the classes to two sections was initiated starting from Class I .
Consequently, classes upto X will have two sections in the coming years.

The Vidyalaya offers Humanities, Commerce and Science streams in the Plus two section.
It caters to students from different strata of the society.
